No Room at Charging Point Quinton

Nigel Quinton, the Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate, was in Tring again last Saturday.

He came to Tring to visit the town's Annual Eco-Fair in the Victoria Hall.

When he arrived he was surprised - but sort of pleased too - to find that there was no room at the charging point in the Forge Car park.

Nigel said,

"In fact it was a pleasant surprise to find both power sockets on the charging point in use.

For a long time charging points have just stood, lonely and blue, at the corners of car parks with no-one ever seen to be using them.

Then today when I drove up to recharge I found there was a queue.

I think this tells us that Tring is a Transition Town in more than just name."
