Liberal Democrats Start the Year in Grand Style with Triple North Cornwall By Election Wins

Great news from Launceston, where the Cornwall Liberal Democrats convincingly held both the principal council seat and both Town Council seats. The by-elections were caused by controversial events leading to the resignation of Cllr Alex Folkes.

In the election to Cornwall's Unitary Authority, Gemma Massey held the seat with sixty-three percent of the vote.
