Lib Dems had Several Excellent Results in Council By Elections on Thursday
What a change 10 weeks makes! In Grove Ward in Kingston-on-Thames on May the 7th (the same day as the General Election) the Liberal Democrats won a by-election by just 28 votes. On Thursday in a second by-election in the same ward on a much reduced turnout they won by nearly 900 votes - with a 60% vote share!
