Dacorum Local Plan - the NINE answers you can use to comment
When you come to respond to the Dacorum Local Plan consultation, the response format is a form, with NINE "write your answer in the box and continue on a separate sheet" questions you can answer, in your own words, in order to provide your comments on the Plan.
These tend to relate, in turn, to particular parts of the consultation documents:
- Vision and Strategic Objectives
- Sustainable Development Strategy
- Guiding Development policies
- Delivery Strategies
- (Specific) Proposals and Sites
- Sustainability Appraisal
- Evidence Base adequate, up to-date and relevant
- Consistency with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and supporting guidance
- any other comments
Questions 7 & 8 are quite odd; after all we KNOW the evidence base IS NOT complete (including the absence of completed document which will be considered "essential" for the Plan to be complete!)
…and which of us is able to make a qualified judgement about "consistency" with the NPPF and supporting guidance?
So if you wish to say something simply and relatively quickly, the solution is to skip to Question 9 - any other comments.
