It's well worth taking the trouble to download and study this well-produced report of a remarkable community event. It contains a series of sound, thoroughly researched proposals which are highly relevant to Berkhamsted and to current potential changes to property ownership in the town centre. The report has been made available to the Dacorum Borough Council and is being given attentive consideration.
